Thirty days. One page a day.
Pick your start date and a daily word goal. Each day the tracker shows that day's prompt; you write, then log your words. No account, nothing uploaded.
500 words a day is a good default for people with a full-time job. You can change it later. Not sure? Read how to set your goal.

Common questions
Do I need an account to use the tracker?
No. Your start date, daily goal, words and notes are saved in this browser's local storage. Nothing is sent anywhere. Use the same browser on the same device each day, and download your log if you want a copy.
What if I switch phones or clear my browser?
Your progress will not follow you, because it is never uploaded. Download the log as a text file from the tracker before you switch, and keep writing. The days you wrote still count, even if the tracker forgets them.
Can I change my daily word goal?
Yes, any time. Each day's target scales with your goal, so if you set 300 words a day, the targets shrink in proportion. Read how to set a daily goal you will keep first.
What does the calendar file do?
It creates 30 writing sessions, one a day at the time you choose, each with that day's prompt. The file is made in your browser. Open it and your calendar app will ask whether to add the events.
